The primer may crystallize or freeze when temperatures drop because acid-based primers have a high freezing point. This change is normal and does not reduce the product’s effectiveness. If crystallization occurs, simply allow the closed bottle to return naturally to room temperature until the formula becomes liquid again.

During colder months, check the contents for crystallization before opening the bottle. Do not force the lid open while the primer is crystallized, as doing so may cause the brush to snap. Once the formula has fully liquefied at room temperature, it is ready for application as part of a professional nail preparation routine.
